By accessing or using VideoVenture (“the Service”), operated by VideoVenture (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted to this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

VideoVenture is an AI-powered video creation platform that enables users to upload media (photos, video clips, and audio), provide creative direction through natural language prompts, and receive AI-generated video outputs. The Service includes media uploading, AI-assisted editing, music generation, and video rendering capabilities.

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We continuously work to improve the quality of AI-generated outputs, but we do not guarantee that results will meet specific creative expectations or professional standards.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by signing in through an approved authentication provider (such as Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information to keep it current. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraudulent or harmful purposes.

Your Ownership: You retain full ownership of all media you upload to VideoVenture, including photos, video clips, and audio files. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transform your media solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Generated Content: Videos and other outputs generated by the Service using your media and prompts are owned by you. You may use, download, share, and distribute your generated videos for personal or commercial purposes without restriction, subject to the content guidelines below.

Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the instructions you provide. You represent that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any media you upload, and that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

You agree not to use the Service to:

— Upload, create, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

— Generate content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.

— Create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content designed to deceive or defraud others.

— Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models, algorithms, or source code of the Service.

— Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable personal or commercial use.

— Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the Service or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines at our sole discretion.

VideoVenture uses artificial intelligence to generate video content based on your media and prompts. You acknowledge that:

— AI outputs may vary in quality and may not always perfectly match your creative vision. You can use the revision feature to refine results.

— AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or unintended results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing or publishing them.

— We do not guarantee that AI-generated music or visual styles will be unique or free from similarities to existing copyrighted works. You use generated content at your own risk regarding third-party intellectual property claims.

— Generation times may vary depending on project complexity, server load, and other factors.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription or credits. Pricing, usage limits, and billing terms will be presented to you before any charges are incurred.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice provided to existing subscribers before changes take effect.

The VideoVenture platform, including its design, interface, logos, AI models, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of VideoVenture and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except for the limited right to use the Service as described herein. The VideoVenture name, logo, and associated branding may not be used without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VideoVenture and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VideoVenture and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any content you upload or generate through the Service.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may, but are not obligated to, delete your account data and uploaded media after termination. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability) shall continue in effect.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within the jurisdiction of our principal place of business.
